Cases where exchange and return are possible
- Within 7 days from the date you received the product. However, in the case of home appliances, if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value has been lost, exchange/return is not possible.- If the content of the product and service you received is different from the displayed/advertised content or is performed differently, exchange and return are not possible within 3 months from the date you received the product, or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the fact . Cases where exchange and return are not possible - If the product is lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the customer. However, this does not apply if the packaging is damaged in order to check the contents of the product . - If the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value has been lost (Example: home appliances, food, records, etc., however, returns/exchanges due to defective pixels in laptops, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc. with liquid crystal displays are subject to the manufacturer's standards.) - If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer's use or partial consumption.
