Guide

You can become a member by agreeing to the terms of use and privacy policy and filling out the registration items in the [Membership Registration] menu. You can use the service for free immediately after registration.
You do not have to enter all the information required when ordering. You can always participate in group purchases and auction events. You can participate in events for members and various discount events.
Product ordering is done in the following steps.

– Step 1: Search for product
– Step 2: Add to cart
– Step 3: Log in with member ID or order as non-member
– Step 4
: Fill out order form – Step 5: Select payment method and pay
– Step 6: Order success screen (order number)

If you are a non-member, be sure to write down the order number and approval number (for card payments) in Step 6. However, if you are a member, they are automatically saved, so you do not need to manage them separately.
 

In case of high-amount payments, the card company may call you for verification for security reasons. If the verification process determines that the order is not normal, such as the use of a stolen card or an order under someone else’s name, the order may be suspended or canceled at our discretion.  

For bank transfers, you can deposit the purchase price of the product through PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking, or directly at a nearby bank.  
The name of the depositor entered when ordering must match the name of the actual depositor, and the deposit must be made within 7 days. Orders that are not deposited will be automatically cancelled.

    The products you ordered will be delivered after payment is confirmed. However, depending on the product type, delivery of the product may be slightly delayed.

    Cases where exchange and return are possible

    – Within 7 days from the date you received the product. However,
     in the case of home appliances, if the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value has been lost, exchange/return is not possible.
    – If the content of the product and service you received is different from the displayed/advertised content or is performed differently, exchange and return are not possible
     within 3 months from the date you received the product, or within 30 days from the date you became aware of the fact . Cases where exchange and return are not possible – If the product is lost or damaged due to a reason attributable to the customer. However,  this does not apply if the packaging is damaged in order to check the contents of the product . – If the packaging has been opened or damaged and the product value has been lost (Example: home appliances, food, records, etc. However,  returns/exchanges due  to defective pixels in laptops, LCD monitors, digital cameras, etc. with liquid crystal displays are subject to the manufacturer’s standards.) – If the value of the product has significantly decreased due to the customer’s use or partial consumption. However, this only applies to cosmetics, etc.  if a trial product has been provided. – If the value of the product has significantly decreased to the point where resale is difficult due to the passage of time – If the packaging of a product that can be copied has been damaged  (For more information, please use the 1:1 E-MAIL consultation of the Customer Satisfaction Center.) ※ If you change your mind and exchange or return the product, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.  (Including color exchange, size exchange, etc.)
When requesting a refund, we will refund the payment amount within 3 business days after confirming the return.
If you paid by credit card, we will cancel the credit card authorization so that the payment amount is not charged.
(However, if the payment can be charged on the credit card payment date, the credit card company will process the refund when the credit card payment is charged in the following month

Points earned from orders
will be converted to points that can actually be used 20 days after the delivery completion check. They will be classified as unavailable points for 20 days. Unavailable points are points for orders that have not actually been purchased, in preparation for returns, cancellations, etc.
Available points (total points – used points – unavailable points) can be used immediately when purchasing products.

Terms of Use
When using points, the minimum purchasable points (required points for purchase) is ₩5,000. When using points, the maximum purchasable points (maximum amount of points that can be used at one time) is ‘no limit’.

Expiration conditions
Points earned from product purchases will be canceled together when an order is canceled/refunded. Points will automatically expire when you cancel your membership. Points will also expire if no additional points are accumulated for 3 years from the date of the last point accrual.
